  1. No commercial mixes allowed. Homemade mixes are allowed but must be labeled. They will not be judged against items made from "scratch."
  2. Unbaked and microwave exhibits must be labeled.

RULES
1.      All VBC Fair documents must be completed for each exhibit.
2.      Exhibitors must bring the opened bag of King Arthur Flour OR submit the original UPC label from the flour bag when the exhibit is entered. Flour will be noted, but not kept.
3.      Exhibitors must provide a legible recipe with the exhibit.
4.      All exhibits must be submitted in or on disposable container.
5.      Failure to follow the rules may result in disqualification.
